From Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training consultancy specializing in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, and FMCG, we are looking for a new Recruiter to join our Dach team. We are seeking a professional with 1 year of experience in recruitment consultancy or a similar role .
At our recruitment and training consultancy, we collaborate with various brands in the Retail, FMCG, Luxury, Premium, and High Premium sectors across Europe , with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, and Munich .
Job Description:
- Screen and evaluate CVs for both junior and senior positions in Dach Area and international markets.
- Manage applications and conduct interviews proactively to achieve recruitment goals.
- Oversee the full recruitment process,



ensuring continuous coordination with our sales team.
- Participate in additional projects to improve internal processes at Luxe Talent.
- Provide valuable feedback and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients.

Requisitos:
- 1 year of experience in recruitment and headhunting
- Knowledge and passion for the fashion and luxury sector
- Bilingual German
- Fluent English
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Autonomy, responsibility, and goal-oriented mindset
- High energy and motivation to grow within a fast-expanding company
