LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATION EMPLOYEE:

Your daily responsibilities:

Within the Logistics Department, your goal will be to ensure efficient, accurate and timely administrative management of logistics activities. Specifically, you will:

Manage Transporters' documentation: you will be responsible for filing and updating documents, while also keeping track of the relevant transport rate lists

Verify invoices: you will check Transporters’ invoices and ensure the correct movement of pallets, making sure that all data is accurate and consistent

Monitor pallet accounting: you will reconcile pallet movements, ensuring the correct flow of pallet collection and delivery and promptly addressing any discrepancies

Support the onboarding of new logistics suppliers: you will contribute to the selection, assessment and onboarding of new logistics partners, preparing contractual documentation and registering the relevant information in the system

Collaborate with other departments and logistics service providers: you will work closely with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations and contribute to resolving administrative issues

Support the operations team: you will assist with sending documentation and transport orders, ensuring that all necessary information is provided accurately and on time

Coordinate with the Accounting and Administration team: You will work closely with the team to identify any discrepancies, monitor payment status and ensure ongoing alignment on administrative activities

Your fluency in German will enable you to communicate effectively with the different stakeholders you will interact with

Your organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail will help you manage priorities effectively and minimize the risk of errors and discrepancies

Your analytical and problem-solving skills will help you quickly identify issues and find effective solutions

Your Excel skills will facilitate activity monitoring and support the team in making operational procedures more efficient

Your interpersonal skills will foster teamwork and effective coordination across different functions

Knowledge of English, relevant academic qualifications, and/or prior experience in similar roles (administration and/or logistics), preferably in the food or retail sector, will be considered a plus.

Office location: Verona (VR)

CCNL: Commercio e Terziario (CNEL H011)

Gross annual salary: €23.320 - €28.000, with the possibility of offering higher pay

Your salary will be determined based on your professional experience, technical and language skills, and level of autonomy.
