Our client, a historic Italian lighting company with Veneto manufacturing, seeks a Sales Director to lead national and international commercial growth. You’ll bring an established portfolio and steer the function during a transformation backed by private equity, with a clear path toward CEO/General Management in 2–3 years.

You’ll manage budgets, KPIs and cross-functional collaboration, travelling across Italy and abroad, while building high-performing sales teams.
