We're seeking a Senior Remote Property Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of high-demand short-term rental properties across Europe. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys problem-solving, and loves seeing results directly tied to their efforts.
What You'll Own Operational Excellence Manage end-to-end property operations across multiple locations in Europe Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication seamlessly Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness to ensure 5-star experiences Keep guest satisfaction and review scores consistently high Revenue & Performance Optimization Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue Monitor local markets, competitor activity, and seasonal trends Continuously improve processes and operational workflows for efficiency Use property management systems (PMS) and automation tools to streamline operations Keep bookings, calendars,
