Supernova Group seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead major real estate development and construction projects in Italy. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, safety and quality, and coordinate with authorities and contractors to ensure delivery aligned with goals.
The role requires an engineering degree, several years of experience in similar positions, strong leadership and travel willingness across Italy. Fluent English is essential;
Italian as mother tongue is preferred.
