The Junior AI Implementation Specialist supports our firm in a specific mandate for a Milan based manufacturer of high precision industrial components. This partner is currently evaluating how large language models and automated reasoning can be integrated into their internal governance and quality control documentation.

Your role is to assist our principals in testing these technologies and, more importantly, in documenting their utility and limitations through formal written analysis. This is an entry level position for a candidate who understands the mechanics of current artificial intelligence tools and can write about them with clarity and precision.

The Role In this role, your primary task is the synthesis of technical capability with corporate strategy. You will spend a significant portion of your time conducting a close reading of our client internal processes to identify where AI tools can provide a genuine advantage. This involves setting up testing environments for various models, refining prompts to handle technical industrial data, and evaluating the accuracy of the outputs against the client high standards for precision.

You will not be building new models from scratch. Instead, you will be assessing existing technologies and determining how they can be deployed within a specific industrial context.

A typical day involves drafting technical appendices for our memoranda. We do not use slides or presentations. Every finding must be articulated in a clear, written format. You will be responsible for tracing the logic of a particular AI implementation and providing a written record of its performance.

This includes identifying risks, such as data hallucinations or logic errors, that could impact the client governance. You will support the principals by providing the technical evidence they need to form their advisory opinions.

What You Bring





We require an analyst who values the discipline of writing. While this is a technical role, your ability to explain complex concepts in plain English is your most important asset. You should have a foundational understanding of how large language models work, including an awareness of prompt engineering and the current limitations of generative AI. This knowledge might come from your university studies, personal projects, or an internship in a related field.

Analytical rigor is essential. You must be able to look at a technical output and find the gaps in its reasoning. We value candidates from varied academic backgrounds, including computer science, philosophy, or corporate finance, provided they demonstrate intellectual maturity and a commitment to accuracy.

You should be comfortable working independently and managing your own research schedule. Since we are a small firm, you must be prepared to take full ownership of the technical documentation you produce.
