Amplifon is seeking a Country CRM Manager for Italy to lead the CRM strategy, develop data-driven customer journeys, and drive personalized experiences across the lifecycle. You will work with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Data & Analytics and local business teams to translate CRM initiatives into measurable results.You will collaborate with the Global CRM team, ensure alignment with global guidelines, and drive adoption of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce.
