Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) seeks a motivated mid-career professional to partner with us as the Operator-Led Buyout (OLBO) program’s Searcher, aiming to acquire and lead a SME in Italy. You will spearhead a 24-month search with support from NCA, with an attractive incentive package including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.

Must have 15+ years of experience including 5+ years in leadership with full P&L;, and an Executive MBA is preferred.
