Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
- Work together with Technical Solution team to complete OTA and TAS process of all BYD Energy Storage products，and to make BYD Energy Storage new product is ready to be used by all the other customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure BESS installations meet local and international grid compliance standards.Collaborate with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid.Stay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations.
