Italian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Relocate to Athens

We're hiring Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialists open to relocating to Athens, Greece for this Consumer Goods role.

You'll handle customer queries for a recognisable consumer brand.

Work model: On-Site.

Start date: 04/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary indicated per month.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Italian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

You can expect thorough initial training, continuous coaching from your team lead, and a clear path for career progression over time.
