Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Operations Manager (Italy) across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual documentation, and employee records,
and provide back-up support for payroll and pensions activities (data updates and administrative inputs) as required.
Administer employee benefits such as canteen vouchers, private health insurance, pension funds and language training programmes, and act as a point of contact for employee queries.
Support accurate HR data management and ensure compliance with GDPR, HR policies, and health and safety requirements.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with payroll, IT, facilities, and line managers.
Provide administrative support for health and safety processes, training records, and compliance tracking.
Support the Head of HR Legal (UK) and Talent Management when required.
Deliver flexible ad‑hoc administrative support to the wider HR team as required.
Process HR invoices and requisitions.
Ensure work meets expected service, quality, and compliance standards.
Adhere to relevant legislation, organisational policies, and internal controls.
