HARDO (https://hardo.app/) runs AI-powered mock interviews for investment banking recruiting: technical questions, behavioral questions, and case studies, graded against a real rubric, with follow-ups that press where an answer is thin. The content behind all of it, the questions, the model answers, the grading rubrics, the explainer articles, is written and maintained by a small team. This role owns a growing part of that.

What you'll do

- Write and maintain interview questions, model answers, and grading rubrics across HARDO's question bank (Valuation, M&A;, LBO, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Case Studies, Behavioral, and more)

- Keep the bank current as deal precedents, market conditions, and recruiting trends shift

- Write knowledge-base articles that walk through core technicals (DCF, LBO mechanics, comps, accretion/dilution), recruiting topics, and live deal case studies, the kind we publish at https://hardo.app/knowledge

- Review the AI interviewer's follow-ups and grading for technical accuracy, and flag or fix what's wrong





- Source real interview questions and patterns from actual candidates and recruiting cycles, including from HARDO's contributor program

- Work directly with the founding team to prioritize what gets built next

What we're looking for

- A strong understanding of core IB technicals: valuation, M&A;, LBO mechanics, accounting, enough to write and check a model answer yourself

- Clear, precise writing. You should be able to explain a DCF walkthrough so it actually teaches someone, not just states facts

- Comfortable working independently and fully remote. This is an early team, and the role is self-directed

- Ideally, you've been through IB recruiting yourself (e.g. internship) and know where candidates actually get stuck

- Full-time, fully remote, independent contractor arrangement

- Compensation: competitive, discussed during the interview process

- Eligible regions / timezone overlap: Mainland Europe

- Reports directly to the founding team
