Why This Role Matters

The Sales Operations Assistant helps keep our sales team organized, accurate, and moving forward.
Your job is to own the administrative and operational work behind the sales process so our sales team can focus on selling. You will support HubSpot management, proposals, agreements, follow-ups, sales materials, audits, access checks, reporting, and other day-to-day sales and revenue needs.
This is not simply a data-entry role. We need someone who can understand our processes, notice when something is missing or overdue, take action, and follow tasks through completion.

What You'll Do




Support the sales team throughout the sales process, ensuring follow-ups, action items, deadlines, and next steps are completed on time.
Prepare and manage proposals, agreements, order forms, presentations, and other sales materials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HubSpot records, including deal stages, activities, next steps, close dates, deal values, contacts, and notes.
Monitor the sales pipeline for missing information, overdue follow-ups, stalled action items, and other issues that need attention.
Draft routine sales follow-ups and communications and professionally follow up with team members, prospects, or clients as needed.
Schedule sales calls and meetings, take action-oriented notes, and ensure resulting tasks and commitments are tracked through completion.
Support sales and client audits, including documentation, follow-ups, access checks, and outstanding requirements.
