Demand Manager We are looking for a Demand Manager with strong expertise in business process analysis and optimization, capable of understanding how business processes are supported by applications, systems, and data flows across the organization. The role will act as the primary bridge between Business and Technology stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are properly understood, translated into valuable initiatives, and delivered through effective IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Process Analysis and Improvement:
Analyze end-to-end business processes, map and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN 2.0, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation; collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign processes and improve operational performance through technology-enabled solutions. Demand Management and Prioritization: Collect, assess, and qualify business requests and improvement opportunities, build business cases, support prioritization activities, balance business value with available capacity and architectural constraints, and maintain the demand backlog and roadmap. Translate business and process needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, support solution design with IT teams, architects, and external partners, and ensure requirements traceability throughout the initiative lifecycle.
