Role Description

This is an internship role for an Innovation Analyst at Feel.

The role involves working side by side with Feel partners on day-to-day tasks such as:

- support in the delivery of advisory projects (such as:



reports; workshop design and facilitation; citizen and stakeholder engagement initiatives; open innovation initiatives; policy design, analysis, monitoring and evaluation; data analysis; technology scouting and selection).
- support in the organization of our flagship events (F3D and the GovTech Forum).
- policy research and analysis through desk research, primary research and stakeholder involvement, drafting of research reports, policy briefs and papers, and their dissemination.
- support in the creation and dissemination of contents, including curation and creation of social media content though the help of digital platforms (articles, posts, picture carousels, short videos, newsletter).

This is a hybrid role, based in Milan with high flexibility for remote work. Availability to travel is essential.

Required qualifications

- Strong passion for public-interest innovation
- Willingness to have an impact working on meaningful projects
- Research skills for collecting and analyzing information
- Analytical skills for data analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian and English)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Management Engineering, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Communication Science, Service Design, Strategic Design or related fields
- Experience in public policy or tech companies is a plus

Duration

6 months

Compensation

This internship is thought for students in their final or thesis year.

The allowance for this position is 800 € / month.
