What are we looking for?
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Management Engineering
- Behavioral & soft skills: precision, teamwork approach; proactivity and problem solving attitude; responsiveness; organization skills; reliable; multi-tasker; Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Technical skills: Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken); good knowledge of Office tools
What will you be doing as an intern within
Advisory Research – Research intern (Cash Equities)
?
- support in all Equity Research activities,
- support in maintaining financial valuation models for companies under coverage;
- support in updating estimates post quarterly releases and corporate events;
- market intelligence and research analysis on market trends and (cash equities) products launched in the market

The activity of the Advisory Research – Cash Equities Team gives you access to the entire process and the wide range of experts.
You will work from our flagship Diamond tower on the 23rd floor, overviewing Milan. The position will show you what a job in the Equity Research looks like and the wide range of activities you will see will help you understand the entire Global Markets franchise.
