YellowSquare Rome is looking for an Experienced Reception & Bar. We aren’t just looking for energy; we are looking for expertise. You will be a cornerstone of the guest experience, expertly juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar based on the hostel’s operational needs.

What you’ll be doing:
- Advanced Guest Management: Handling check-ins, check-outs, and complex guest requests with precision and expert problem-solving.
- Bar Excellence: Serving as a point of reference behind the bar, ensuring high standards in coffee and mixology while driving guest engagement.
- Experience Ambassadorship: Promoting hostel events and local culture to turn a standard stay into an unforgettable journey.
- Operational Synergy: Collaborating across departments to optimize workflows and maintain high operational standards.
- Mentorship: Using your experience to lead by example, helping junior team members maintain high energy and efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 2/4 years of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista).
- Multitasking & Focus: The ability to handle high-pressure situations and fast-paced shifts with a calm, professional attitude.
- Flex
