Role:
Registered Nurse in Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to adult inpatients across multiple units, including comprehensive assessments, telemetry monitoring, medication and IV administration, care planning, patient education, and rapid response to clinical changes.

Qualifications & Skills:
Compassionate, team-oriented RN with strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Knowledge of telemetry, medication administration, and patient care planning is essential.
