About The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Assistant Bar Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel team in Milan, Italy

What You Will Do
Reporting into the Wine & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for leading the Bar operation with passion and creativity; ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. Responsibilities will include selection, talent management and development of our Bar team, working closely with the Food and Beverage leadership team in designing the beverage menus, controlling costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory
