is looking for a
Proposal Manager Junior
to join the Sales Department of the Heavy Road Transport (HRT) and Heavy Lifting & Haulage (HHL) Division based in Reggio Emilia or Milan.
The candidate will join the Global Sales Team and support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, working closely with the Engineering Department, Sales teams, and other internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start a career in an international environment and gain exposure to complex engineering projects.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of Requests for Quotation (RFQs), coordinating with the relevant functions to assess technical, commercial, operational, and strategic aspects, and contribute to the bid/no-bid decision-making process;
- Support the evaluation of project requirements and contribute to identifying solutions that meet client needs;
- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial offers, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards
