Role Description
The Export Sales Manager is a full-time full-remote, role based in Italy / Europe, responsible for growing international sales and strengthening the presence of Roberti Outdoor in key export markets. This role manages relationships with international distributors, agents, and clients, ensuring consistent representation of the brand and its collections. Daily activities include developing and executing export sales plans,



preparing offers and contracts, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating order management with internal teams. The Export Sales Manager collaborates closely with marketing and the executive board to align sales initiatives with brand strategy, participates in trade fairs and customer visits, and provides market feedback to support business planning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and International Sales to drive revenue growth and manage global customer relationships.
- Experience in Export and International Business to oversee cross-border operations, regulations, and market entry strategies.
- Ability in Business Planning to create forecasts, set targets, and develop structured commercial strategies.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, design, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in
