To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a creative, precise, and passionate Patissier (m/f/d) who creates exceptional sweet experiences through refined craftsmanship, outstanding taste, and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Your Tasks
- Developing and creating modern dessert concepts for lunch, dinner, and special occasions
- Designing pastry for breakfast and room service
- Creating desserts and sweet experiences for the Tasting Cube
- Supporting exclusive cooking classes and culinary events
- Producing premium pralines, pastries, and seasonal specialties
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and precision
- Creatively contributing to the ongoing development of the dessert concept

Your Profile
- Completed training as a Pastry Chef or Chef with a specialization in pastry
- Professional experience as a Patissier, ideally within luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Passion for premium pastry, creativity, and exceptional craftsmanship
- Strong commitment to quality and outstanding attention to detail
- Independent, structured,



and responsible working style
- Team player with flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a demanding environment
- Knowledge of current pastry trends and techniques is an advantage
- Very good command of English or Italian; German is an advantage
