We are seeking an exceptional
Supply Chain & Distribution Centre Director
to lead the end-to-end supply chain function across Italy while overseeing a strategically important
20,000 sqm distribution centre operation
. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role sits at the heart of the business and will play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, service performance, compliance and future growth.

The Opportunity
As Supply Chain & Distribution Centre Director,
you will have full responsibility for the Italian supply chain network, encompassing planning, inventory management, customer fulfilment, logistics, warehousing and distribution centre operations.
You will lead a team of approximately 50 employees, driving performance, engagement and continuous improvement across all aspects of the operation.
Working closely with commercial, finance, quality, regulatory and global supply chain teams, you will ensure product availability, optimise operational costs and deliver best-in-class customer service while maintaining the highest standards of compliance within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for Italy
- Direct all activities within a 20,000 sqm distribution centre operation
