We are looking for an organized, proactive and commercially minded professional to join Spatola and support the development of its administrative and commercial operations.

The Role

As Administrative & Commercial Assistant, you will work directly with the founder and support the day-to-day commercial, administrative and operational activities of Spatola.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys organization, communication and making things move forward.

You will work with customers, suppliers and internal systems, helping ensure that information is organized, actions are followed up and commercial opportunities are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Customer Operations

* Manage incoming customer and business inquiries

* Register, organize and qualify new leads





* Maintain customer and lead information in Dolibarr CRM

* Follow up with prospective and existing customers

* Assist with quotations, proposals and commercial documentation

* Coordinate routine communication with customers and suppliers

* Track open requests, actions and deadlines

* Support meeting preparation and follow-up

Administration & Documentation

* Maintain accurate and organized business records

* Prepare and organize administrative documentation

* Maintain structured digital files and records

* Support routine invoicing and administrative activities

* Prepare information and summaries for the founder

* Ensure agreed actions and follow-ups are completed

Process & Quality

* Help maintain clear and consistent internal workflows

* Identify repetitive or inefficient administrative processes

* Suggest practical improvements

* Support the development of standardize
