Job Overview The ICT CRM & CDP Integration Lead is responsible for defining and governing the technical integration landscape across CRM, Customer Data Platform, Marketing Technologies, and other customer-related applications.

The role focuses on building and maintaining a robust customer data foundation , ensuring reliable, scalable, and efficient data flows across the ecosystem. By establishing integration standards, architectural principles, and reusable patterns, the Integration Lead helps preserve the long-term maintainability, consistency, and sustainability of the technology landscape while enabling Customer 360, analytics, personalization, and AI-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities The responsibilities of the ICT CRM & Customer Data Integration Lead include but are not limited to the following:

- Define and govern integration architecture across CRM, CDP, DMS and marketing platforms.




- Define integration roadmaps aligned with target architecture and long-term technology strategy.
- Leveraging AI capabilities to make tech ecosystems easy to access for business stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency, quality and scalability of customer data flows.
- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions (APIs, middleware, data pipelines).
- Promote integration solutions that minimize technical debt, reduce system complexity, and maximize platform reuse.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver end-to-end integration.
- Identify and mitigate integration risks and performance issues.
- Support the definition of data models and customer 360 capabilities.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in system integration and data architecture (3-5 years).
- Knowledge of CRM/CDP ecosystems and data orchestration principles.
- Experience with APIs, middleware and integration patterns.
- Understanding of data management, data quality and governance.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce integrations, CDPs (e.g. Treasure AI).
- Background in complex, multi-system environments.
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).

Offer
- Salary range: from 39 k € to 43 k €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area.
