As an HR & Payroll Associate Consultant , you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative HR & Payroll team, playing a key role in delivering accurate payroll services and exceptional client experiences.
You will work closely with a portfolio of clients, ensuring payroll activities are completed accurately, compliantly, and on time. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, responding to requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data throughout the payroll cycle.
- Perform payroll administration and processing activities in compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and deliver accurate payslips within agreed deadlines.
- Ensure payroll entries are correctly reflected in the accounting records.
- Produce payroll-related reports and support data analysis requirements.
- Escalate complex payroll matters to senior team members when appropriate.
- Process special payroll events, including terminations, final settlements, relocation payments, bonuses, and other non-standard payments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration , or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a payroll services, outsourcing, or consulting environment.
- Strong knowledge of Italian payroll processes and Italian labour law .
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with payroll systems (preferably Zucchetti paghe infinity) and HR-related technologies.
