Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an English Speaking Generalist to work on a contract basis. The role involves handling general support tasks and communications for a global platform. Tasks include assisting users with onboarding, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clear and concise English language support to users via chat, email, or other communication channels.
- Assist users with account setup, verification, and general platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to user accounts, transactions, or technical difficulties.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and user feedback in the designated system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
- Prior experience in customer support, generalist support,



or administrative roles is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
