Hitachi Energy is seeking an HR Generalist to help coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, and performance processes. You will guide managers and employees on HR tools and policies. You will ensure data quality, HR reporting, and collaboration with local HRBP and unions. The role requires English B2 and Italian; Excel proficiency;
