Requirements Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration, Personnel Administration, or similar HR roles.
Fluent
English (written and spoken) – C1 level. Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and HR administrative processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, reporting).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Nice to Have Experience with attendance and time management processes. Knowledge of Workday or other HRIS platforms. Previous experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities in an international or structured environment.
