The role aims to ensure full compliance with applicable HSE and Quality regulations, promote a strong safety culture, prevent risks for people,
environment and assets, and support operational excellence and customer satisfaction throughout the business lifecycle. The QHSE Specialist ensures that processes, practices and tools are implemented and continuously improved in line with international standards, Group requirements and customer expectations, with primary focus on HSE performance.* Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility 1. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) – Primary Responsibility* Define, implement and continuously improve the HSE Management System in compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, Group HSE policies, and applicable legal requirements.* Ensure compliance with national and local HSE laws and regulations, acting as reference point for authorities, auditors and internal stakeholders.* Lead risk assessments, hazard identification and preventive actions related to:* Workplace safety* Machinery and equipm
