Join a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients. 01 How you'll make a difference Support employee administration activities, including hiring, terminations, employee transfers, and contractual amendments. Manage HR documentation such as employment contracts, mandatory communications, and tax-related documents.
Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Support attendance management activities, including vacation, sick leave, and other absences, while monitoring time-tracking systems. Maintain and archive employee documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable labor and administrative regulations.
Support the administration of employee benefits (insurance plans, meal vouchers, welfare programs and other company benefits) Prepare periodic reports and analyses for the HR team and business stakeholderss. Collaborate with managers across different business functions to support human resources management activities. 02 What we're looking for Degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, ideally within structured companies, professional firms, consulting companies, or recruitment agencies.
Solid knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, social security contributions, compensation, and tax regulations related to the employee lifecycle. Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize activities while collaborating with different departments across the organization.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €28,000 to €38,000.
It may be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011). 03 What we would consider a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions. English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Experience With SAP HR Or Other HR Management Systems.
