In this role you will lead manufacturing planning across both facilities located inMonte Marenzo and Mantova to maximise capacity utilisation and customer satisfaction Supporting business growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements will be part of your role You will deliver capital projects safely, on time and within budget You will be working closely with Commercial colleagues, build strong relationships with key customer and strategic partners Further you will lead, coach and develop a high-performing tram across both locations You have a degreequalified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or relateddiscipline You own 10+years manufacturing leadership experience You are fluent in Italian and English Multi-site operational leadership experience would be advantageous Experience in coatings, speciality chemicals,
