We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Hair Care Global Brand Communications while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. As our HC Global Communication - Web Content intern , you will support the Global Brand Communication Team in creating, reviewing, and managing content across our web and digital channels.
You will help ensure that all brand communications are engaging, accurate, and aligned with our tone of voice, while coordinating content development, translations, and publishing activities to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience worldwide. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Perform proofreading and editing to ensure high-quality, error-free content consistent with brand voice
- Assist in creating compelling copy for a range of assets, including articles, blogs and product descriptions
- Support the development of texts for web line pages and articles
- Manage the translation process
- Gather and organize materials for content briefs,
coordinating with internal teams to source necessary assets
- Review content to ensure alignment with brand messaging and category, tone, and strategic objectives
- Assist in uploading and organizing content on various digital platforms (web mainly)
- Maintain content calendars and asset libraries
- Assist with competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and best practices
WHO YOU ARE:
- Graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Strong interest in storytelling, particularly within the luxury or beauty industries
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to new tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English

In case of an extracurricular internship, a monthly allowance will be provided in line with applicable regulations.
