Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Milan is seeking a Guest Experience Expert/Front desk agent. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, the role combines front desk duties with guest services, ensuring memorable stays for guests.

The position is full-time, 5 days a week, with an estimated start date at the end of August. xysqume Prior Front Office experience is advantageous; Italian language skill is beneficial, and Marriott standards guide daily tasks.
