~We are looking for a highly capable Senior Director to lead Finance Transformation programs for leading corporates and private equity-backed businesses. This is a hands-on, strategic execution role for a professional with a background in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or Restructuring—either from consulting firms or large corporates.
Beyond financial modelling,



this role requires the ability to work shoulder-to-shoulder with CFOs and senior finance leaders to implement transformation plans, not just design them. You will play a pivotal role in redefining finance functions to be leaner, faster, and more insight-led, using data to drive better decisions and enable long-term value creation.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation initiatives, from diagnostic through design to execution.
Act as trusted advisor to CFOs and finance executives in building future-ready finance operating models.
Design and operationalize financial models related to the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow—ensuring they support real-world decision-making.
Partner with clients to implement new reporting tools, cost-control processes, working capital solutions, and finance performance management frameworks.
Translate modelling outputs into strategic recommendations and actively participate in execution alongside client teams.
