We are looking to fill this position in the following locations: Columbus (Polk Co., NC), Marion (McDowell Co., NC), Lincolnton (Lincoln Co., NC),



Waynesville, (Haywood Co., NC), Charlotte (Mecklenburg), and Brevard (Transylvania Co., NC).ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in various transactional matters, including but not limited to wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501 (3), and intellectual property litigationManage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clientsConduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsEngage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicablyCollaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case managementParticipate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetingsMentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegalsRequirementsJ.D. from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing
