To strengthen its IT team, Zenith Global is seeking an Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to all employees and ensure the efficient operation of the company's IT services.
Key Responsabilities:
Manage support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
