Liablix is an innovative startup transforming how road accidents are reconstructed and analyzed. Today, claims management is slow, opaque, and prone to fraud. We want to make it precise, fast, and automated; powered by AI.
We work on AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLMs, and NLP to extract insights from reports, documents, and data. It’s a huge market, and we’re convinced that the next insurtech unicorn will be born here.

We’re at the early stages and looking for a Founding AI Engineer – AI Agents: one of the first people on board, with a central role in building the intelligent agent stack that powers our platform. You’ll also mentor a research intern, helping them execute experiments and scale the impact of your work.
What you’ll do
- Design, implement, and deploy AI agents and RAG systems using cutting-edge LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.).
- Build, curate, and fine-tune high-quality datasets for NLP tasks.
- Develop and optimize NLP pipelines and models using state-of-the‑art architectures (BERT, RoBERTa, GPT, T5, LLaMA derivatives, etc.).
- Combine off-the-shelf tools with custom research to drive 0→1 innovation.
- Investigate failures, optimize performance, and debug agent behaviors when systems don’t perform as expected.
- Collaborate directly with founders and engineers to bring new AI features from idea to production.
- Supervise and mentor a research intern to ensure progress on experiments and data pipelines.
What we’re looking for
- Background in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhD or equivalent experience).
- Strong hands‑on experience building and deploying AI agents, RAG pipelines, and NLP systems.
- Solid understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and fine‑tuning methods.
- Experience creating and managing datasets for NLP and conversational AI.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and graph neural networks is highly valued.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent, and comfortable shaping product direction.
- Willingness to work in a founder‑like role, with high autonomy and ownership.
- Being a genius is a strong plus.
