SkyAlps, a rapidly growing company in the regional aviation sector based in Bolzano, is looking for a Flight Operation Assistant (m/f/d) to join its team.

Main responsibilities: Entering and updating operational data in the flight management system

- Supporting the preparation of documentation required for flight operations
- Collaborating with various operational departments
- Handling basic administrative tasks and document archiving
- Checking and verifying flight data to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Ideal profile: Preferably at least two years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry

- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Precision, patience, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines




- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically and courteously with different stakeholders
- Team spirit, initiative, and eagerness to learn
- Residence in nearby areas or willingness to relocate.
