Coordinate and supervise field activities and seasonal workers throughout the crop growth cycle

Implement new production techniques

Apply and maintain high quality control standards

Take regional responsibility for a dedicated production area

Support all activities related to vegetable and fodder beet seed production

Ensure production stability while maintaining a high level of marketable quality (germination and purity)

Apply continuous improvement techniques

Achieve consistent results in terms of yield and quality

Implement best production practices and new technologies

Requirements

Residence in the Piacenza area or willingness to relocate

Technical qualification in agriculture or a related field

Strong agricultural knowledge, preferably with experience in seed production

Fluent Italian and intermediate English skills

High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel within production areas

Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, results orientation,



and a continuous improvement mindset
