About the OpportunityWe are seeking an exceptional ItalianCuisine Chef with a strong background in Michelin-starred restaurants or luxury fine-dining establishments in Italy to join a prestigious culinary operation in New York.The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of authentic Italiancuisine, excellent culinary technique, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver refined, high-end dining experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute authentic Italianmenus using traditional techniques and premium ingredients.Maintain Michelin-level standards of food quality, presentation, consistency and service.Lead and train kitchen teams while maintaining a disciplined and professional kitchen environment.Create seasonal menus incorporating regional Italianculinary traditions.Ensure proper sourcing, preparation and handling of high-quality Italianingredients.Manage kitchen operations, food costs, portion control and wastage.Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.Collaborate with management on menu development,
culinary concepts and special events.Ensure every dish meets the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation and execution.Required Experience8+ years of professional culinary experience preferred.Proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in Italy is highly preferred.Strong background in Italianfine dining / luxury hospitality.Deep knowledge of regional Italiancuisine and traditional cooking techniques.Experience leading or supervising a professional kitchen team.Strong understanding of food costing, menu planning and kitchen operations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Willingness to relocate to New York, USA.Preferred ProfileWe are particularly interested in chefs who have worked with Michelin-starred restaurants, Michelin Guide-recognized establishments, luxury hotels or prestigious fine-dining restaurants in Italy. xrdztoy Italiannationality and current/previous professional experience in Italy are strongly preferred.
