Würth IT Italy seeks an Executive Assistant to support the IT System and Service Management Solutions department's management team in strategic and day-to-day operations. You will liaise between management, technical teams and stakeholders across the Würth Group.

Responsibilities include coordinating calendars, organizing international meetings, managing travel, and preparing reports and documentation for IT projects and initiatives. Fluent in Italian, German and English; travel may be required.
