The role involves assisting Italian-speaking customers and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Willingness to relocate within the EU is required.

Key Responsibilities Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, or social media Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders,
