Safilo is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Padua headquarters. You will handle first-level customer requests via Phone, Email and WhatsApp, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met, while acting as the voice of the customer.

You will work with SAP and CRM tools, support sales teams, and provide product information. Fluency in English is mandatory (Dutch a plus); you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced B2B environment.
