Axpo Servizi Produzione Italia is looking for a Construction Manager for projects in Italy.

The Construction Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of biomethane plant construction projects within the Country.

The role oversees simultaneous project execution, ensuring all plants are delivered on time, within budget, and to required technical, safety, and environmental standards.

The position combines strategic oversight, portfolio management, and hands‑on leadership of multiple project teams, including EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead multiple biomethane plants construction concurrentlyManage EPC contractors and contractsEnsure projects meet budgets, timelines, and specsOversee HSE complianceCoordinate stakeholders and regulatorsLead construction teams and reportingSupport commissioning and handover to operationsRequirementsEngineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil or related)10–15+ years in industrial constructionstrong biomethane/biogas or energy project backgroundMulti-project leadership, EPC contract management,



knowledge of biomethane processes, cost control and planning, stakeholder managementFluent in English and ItalianWhat we offerCCNL: Aziende del Terziario, distribuzione e servizi (Aziende del commercio).RAL compresa tra 50.000 euro e 65.000 euro
