Sea-Eye seeks an experienced skipper/captain to assume overall command of the rescue vessel during rotations, ensuring safety and navigation readiness. The role requires coordinating plans with the Head of Mission and leading SAR operations with strong leadership in a small multicultural crew.You will conduct risk assessments, oversee vessel certifications, manage logistics and documentation, and maintain a safety-oriented onboard culture.
