Assist in the preparation and service of drinks and cocktails for bar customers, adhering to operational standards and service manuals, and ensuring the proper management of the bar and work area.
Assist the Bartender in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
Support the preparation and presentation of cocktails, following recipes and brand standards.
Restock and replenish bar inventory, ensuring all products and utensils are clean, organized, and ready for service.
Keep the bar area tidy,



ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
Check and maintain the correct setup, lighting, music, and overall ambiance of the bar area.
Previous experience as a Barback, Assistant Bartender, or Barista in a similar environment.
Genuine passion for hospitality and beverage service.
Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
