Job Description
We are looking for the Plant Manage r for our Aprilia site.
Main Mission
As the operational representative of the Trèves Group's General Management on site, you assume full responsibility for the plant. Your objective is to ensure the rigorous execution of Group policies (especially QHSE), to drive performance to contribute to the company's profitability and sustainable development, and to ensure client satisfaction and legal compliance.
Authorities & Responsibilities
- Safety & Environment: Take all necessary measures for HSE risk prevention.
- Operational:
Make all necessary operational decisions to ensure the proper functioning of the site and the application of legal rules.
- External Representation: Represent the Management to local authorities, the Works Council (CSE), staff representatives, and union representations.
- Resource Management: Commit material, human, technical, and financial resources within the limits of the budgetary resources and the delegation of authority.
- Training: Organize information, awareness, and training for employees in your areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Governance & QHSE: Guarantee the rigorous implementation of Group policies, procedures, and tools (especially QHSE and Quality).
- Leadership & Management: Lead, develop, and empower the site management team.
- Performance & Profitability: Oversee all operations (Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance) to achieve performance and profitability objectives (HSE, HR, Quality, Financial). Manage costs and be responsibl
