We're looking for a Business Insights &

- Analytics Specialist to join our Italy Business Insights &
- Analytics Department based in Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.

The role is responsible for supporting the optimization and improvement of sales and commercial processes that impact sales effectiveness. In this position, the candidate will serve as the strategic link between data analysis and commercial effectiveness in the field. The role is also responsible for driving the digitalization of the BU's reporting, coordinating the implementation of the new commercial model within a context of strong digital transformation.

Define, map, and assign commercial territories for the Food Service channel, ensuring efficient market coverage

Supports process improvement activities by conducting a comprehensive analysis on sales and commercial processes and identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies

Gathers and processes data for KPIs and metrics to measure sales and commercial processes performance, preparing reports for review by the management

Actively support the modernization and digitalization of the BU's information flows, collaborating on the development and optimization of BI dashboards

Coordinate the release and adoption phases of the new commercial model, ensuring a smooth transition for all involved teams and serving as the key point of contact for the BU

Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields





Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess sales performance, define and monitor KPIs, turn data into actionable insights

Experience in optimizing sales processes, identifying operational improvements, and driving the adoption and evolution of CRM/SFA platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to enhance commercial effectiveness

Proven ability to develop BI reporting and dashboards, and coordinate cross-functional teams in the implementation of new commercial models

Salary And Benefits The role is classified at Level 2 under the Italian CCNL Industria Alimentare

Initial annual gross salary of minimum € 45.000

Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to € 2.500 at target level for 2026
