Senior Engine Performance Simulation Engineer Who We Are Gamma Tech Engineering (GTE) is looking for a Senior Engine Performance Simulation Engineer with a solid work ethic, excellent judgment, and a desire to build a long-term career with us. What You Will Do You would join our 1 D Reactive Flow Simulation team, a group with nearly 20 years of experience in developing solutions for engine gas-exchange and combustion modelling and simulation. In this role, you would contribute to consulting projects for major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier 1 suppliers in the transportation industry. Build, calibrate and correlate complex engine models, and simulate innovative ICE technologies using GT‐SUITE, on a variety of applications: from SI to Diesel and alternative fuels; from marine or heavy‐duty to motorsport and sportscar applications Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
combustion model calibration and validation; turbo‐matching analyses; intake and exhaust acoustic optimization; design optimization and virtual calibration Develop and adapt innovative CAE methodologies to meet customer requirements, devising alternative design solutions for complex problems Analyze simulation results and provide expertise on the observed phenomena Author high quality technical reports, simulation workflows, procedures and training material Interact with colleagues on multi‐disciplinary projects to achieve comprehensive solutions Manage projects and ensure timely delivery within the provided budget; choose the most effective and efficient technical approach to meet project requirements; manage and supervise the resources assigned to the project Collaborate closely with customers, fostering positive and cooperative relationships Participate in drafting technical and economic proposals What You Will Bring in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or similar Strong theoretical background and interest in internal combustion engine technologies 4+ years of wor
